NO SILICONE.  NO FIBERGLASS.  NO TORCH ON FELT.  


Just to  explain a little bit 
we place zinc / copper valleys and gutters that we solder (welding), no silicone needed. 
​we do not place fiberglass, which is one of the worst materials to use on flat roofs, you do not need a roofer, you can do that yourself, this is DIY , you can learn that in one hour.
Torch on felt is grandpa technology and is also very dangerous, it could burn your house down to the roots.
we use 2025 technology single ply membrane, EPDM membrane (could last 50 years), all those new materials require skill, tools and special equipment, that deter beginners to use them.
​Plastic gutters are common in Ireland.
